We identify the "Scale of inclusion" as a see-saw because as a provider it is theoretical balancing act of how much inclusive activities you provide.  If you realised you have over 50% or more of your clientele requiring inclusive activities and were not aware, then you can use your energy and power to better cater toward this. 

 We posse some self reflective questions to you to help understand your why and what you take on this training.

To identify how much inclusion work you may needs to deliver as a coach, instructor or teacher, it is nice to know on a scale of all sports delivery where your role lye within the whole inclusive sports delivery picture. This is about self-awareness and will have a known on effect to your motivation which in turn will be an investment in your skills and knowledge required for your role.

The use of inclusion for this refence is related to someone’s disability/impairment (see terminology to understand terms used)

Look at your clientele historically,

• What Percentage of individuals identified as having some form of disability or impairment?

• Use the “independence scale” set out in the video identify where they may sit on the see-saw.

In the future growth of your sport delivery:

• Will your clients remain the same? 

• Do you wish you grown skills to reach out to alternative groups and create more inclusion?
