We've had a wonderful week at the sea view house . the whole experince has been surpassed our expectation. a betuful house and are of Greece.

we had a great fun exploring the local are/ beaches using the local busses- always a cjahlle but a good one and got there in end! especially the bus to dominion. mixture of messages and locals all trying to help, but we did get there in the ending made it!

Everything was perfect from A to Z. Very nice functional house quiet clean and very well located. It is well placed at city level and geographically for a visit to mainland Greece and its islands. An owner in GOLD and very caring in case of need. Highly recommend for a family vacation. And will go back there with my eyes closed. Another big THANK YOU to Helen.

Tout a été parfait de A à Z. Maison très agréable fonctionnelle calme propre et très bien situé. Elle est bien placée au niveau de la ville et au niveau géographique pour une visite de la Grèce continentale et ses îles. Une propriétaire en OR et aux petits soins en cas besoins. Je recommande vivement pour des vacances en famille. Et y retournerai les yeux fermés. Encore un grand MERCI à Helen

We had a great stay in Lagonissi, myself , my husband and three daughters. The house had everything you might need, the kitchen well equipped, nice bathroom and shower, lots of towels and the basics like oil, salt and pepper, tea , coffee , milk biscuits and fruit to welcome us as well as a lovely card . The AC was excellent as it was August and very hot. Everything was within walking distance beach, shops etc... lovely view from the balcony. The host was very quick to answer any queries and the recommended taxi driver and guide was very helpful.

We had a fantastic time at these apartments - we especially enjoyed the views across Lagonisi bay where we had before dinner drinks on the balcony every evening. The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and comfortable, with good kitchen equipment and some interesting local reading guides. We would recommend that aircon was placed in the main bedroom as the fan was a little noisy - and that a washing machine would have also been useful, but for the price for a week in August, could not really complain. The local area is very Greek, almost no tourists with lively beaches and beach bars. There was a selection of Tavernas at the beach sides and also some smart new restaurants and cocktail bars in the main drag which were approx 15 minutes walk away. The drive up to the apartment was quite steep so may be useful to rent a car but we were fine as long as you are relatively nimble. Finishing touches like my wife's 40th birthday present laid on by the owners (wine and chocolates and a card !) made our stay even more special. Our transfer from the airport by Alexander was quick and convenient, he speaks great English and has a lot of knowledge of the beautiful local area. All in all, strongly recommended for anyone after a real Greek experience !

We were allowed to spend a very nice holiday. Communication with Helen and Alexander was very easy and possible at any time via EMAIL. We also got tips for the area. The beach can be reached on foot in around 10 minutes. We could get an umbrella every day for free, as the Greeks usually stay there all day. The photo is from the beach. A small Trolli was available to us in the apartment, which served us very well. We really enjoyed the apartment, especially the large terrace and the air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms. A washing machine is also available (quite pleasant for a small wash in between). We then also organized a rental car (which we recommend) and had used "Centauro". Easy to book and located on the driveway to the airport. Alexander took us there. Otherwise, Centauro organizes a shuttle from the airport. A bit surprised but ultimately ok was the additional insurance of 21 €/day against all damages. If you choose this, there is no deposit! But there are also various other ways to rent a car (possibly directly from the airport). Alexander picked us up from the airport and brought us back very early in the morning at 4:30 a.m. We can highly recommend this accommodation and enjoyed our stay there (complete house with parking space). We have had a lovely holiday in beautiful Lagonisi and thoroughly enjoyed our time in your lovely house. i could never tire of sitting on the balcony on hot day, enjoying the breeze and starring across the sea.

we visited a different beach every day and found there's one for all tastes, sandy ones, rocky ones that are interesting to explore, ones with nice music playing and cocktails and taverners.

we also enjoyed visiting athens, its not to hard to take the car in its free to park there on a sunday. flea market day.

we spent a lovely 3 days on the islands of pythons bathing in hot springs and hiking swell managed to visit epicurious, mycenae and delphi. this house is ideally located and get base to return to and relax in, after exploring greece.

We highly recommend this property. My husband and I stayed here with our 3 sons aged 12, 16 and 18. The accommodation is comfortable, spacious and family friendly with a well equipped kitchen. The balcony has lovely mountain and sea views. There's a 10 minute walk to the bus stop with cheap, regular buses straight into Athens which was a highlight of our holiday. We visited the Acropolis, museums and saw loads of incredible ancient Greek ruins. We found Athens a stunning city to visit. We highly recommend the city bus tour. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to two really good beaches. Lovely for swimming and we did some snorkelling. Great beach bars which were still open in October. Excellent host too.

we've had the most fantastic holiday, have been to many places  on rentals and this is the best, the house is very  commutable and is in a great location easy access to the area, museums etc. the beach is very very quiet monday to friday. ideal family location. the neighbours are so friendly and helpful, everything is in 10 minutes walking distance. the sea view from the house is amazing at night sitting on the roof having glass of wine.

PS my son loved the snorkelling at the end of the beech so clear water he says he saw so much.

its great place and apartment - here are a few things we found out.

between the 1st of November and 31st of march the acropolis is half price.

standard price 20 euros to enter, free to U18's package 30 euros, entry to many other historic sites valid a few days year.

valid price of above 10 euros or 15 euros in love-march.

other museums included the acropolis and archaeological museum are either 5 euros or free,

with kids/ teenagers it would be helpful to have more Uk adaptors, or adaptors with USB ports for cahrging the many devices they have! also if WifI is possible they'd like that too.

the Book with all the useful info in it is so helpful, having you here as navigator to it was great. maybe you could add pages describing/explain all you told us in the book in case you're not here to guide us/people though  it.- market  days and descriptions of the town would be a help, just as you described to us. so like narrator thought he book.

beware of the pic pockets on the metro- the police said they were very professional- some of the guides to Athens say how safe it is and give false sense of security.

alexander (airport transport) is great resource-knowledge of the area and a handy call away to go out at night.

we have had the most wonderful holiday, thank you helen!

the view from the balcony is spectacular and the apartment is located in a beautiful location with easy access to everything you should need-walking fro 10 minutes here and there does not hurt, especially in light of eating all the geroguos greek food and drink.

the apartment itself is great , clean and well equipped . we've had a wonderful stay and shall be recommending it to all our friends. The only thing i would say  would be Air-con in the main bedroom would be a bonus.
