DESCRIPTION
This beautiful home lends itself to its location, has oversized rooms with high ceilings, and boasts a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. It's perfect for couples, families, groups or individual travellers.
The apartment has a large lounge/dinning area leading to a walk-out balcony. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom run off this as well as well a conservatory. It sleeps up to 6 comfortably with use of a bed settee in lounge. It has air-conditioning throughout and fireplace at centre of lounge and property .
The property grounds are landscaped and fully enclosed with mature garden. The roof terrace provides panoramic views of surrounding mountains and sea. There is a selection of beaches within 5 minutes walk. The location of the apartment lends itself to the best of the weather all year round. The location and property is private and away from the crowds but also excellently located for activities and city/town visits.

Seaview house is located on the Attica just south of Athens, Greece also known as the Lagonisi Riviera. The property is on the side of the peninsular which has the best of weather all year round.
What it has to offer. With panoramic sea views the apartment overlooks the Saronic Gulf towards the Peloponnese, the sun comes up behind property and surrounding mountains and sets with the backdrop of Peloponnese mountains. The location is just far enough for serenity but equally via drive or public transport accessible to activities, facilities, towns, and Athens. Seaview house is a perfect location to base yourself for a relaxing down time holiday or holiday with activities.
The area. It is just 5-10 minute walk to variety of local, safe beaches, which are mostly sand but also a few rocky coves. The sea is clear and lends itself to scuba diving and snorkelling. Many sports facilities are available (sailing, tennis, beach volleyball, basketball.) There is also good quality climbing in the area, walks, and scrambling in local mountains/hills.
